We, Calvin Christian School, are looking for a dedicated and experienced Curriculum Staff member to join our team. As part of a community committed to academic excellence and Christian values, you will play a key role in developing, implementing, and evaluating a curriculum that supports the holistic growth of our students.
Responsibility
- Designing and developing a curriculum that aligns with the vision, mission, and values of Calvin Christian School, while integrating Christian principles into the learning process.
- Collaborating with teachers and other academic staff to ensure the curriculum is effectively implemented at all grade levels.
- Conducting regular evaluations of the curriculum's effectiveness and preparing reports for continuous improvement.
- Providing training and support to teachers in understanding and effectively implementing the curriculum.
- Collaborating with various departments in the school to ensure alignment between the curriculum, extracurricular activities, and other school programs.
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Education, Curriculum, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development or a related role in an educational setting.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to demonstrate a 'can-do' attitude in completing tasks effectively.
Added Value
- A Master's degree (S2) will be an advantage.
- A strong understanding of Christian education principles and the ability to integrate them into the curriculum.
- Thinking creatively and innovatively to develop engaging and effective teaching methods for students.
