Learning history is not merely about looking back, but about preparing the steps ahead.
During the Grade IV IPAS Field Trip, students visited Museum Bank Indonesia (@museum_bi) and the Jakarta History Museum (Museum Fatahillah) Jakarta (@museumkesejarahan) to learn directly from the traces of the nation’s journey.
At Museum Bank Indonesia, they explored the history of money and the development of the banking system in Indonesia, understanding how financial management plays an important role in daily life. Meanwhile, at the Jakarta History Museum (Fatahillah Museum), students discovered the long story of Jakarta and learned to appreciate as well as preserve the nation’s historical heritage.
Throughout the activity, their enthusiasm, curiosity, and eagerness to learn were clearly seen. May this experience grow a love for history while also shaping wise attitudes in managing finances from an early age.
