As an athlete representing DKI Jakarta, Daniel Masashi Oki (Grade X, Calvin Christian Senior High School) competed in POPNAS XVII–Peparpenas XI 2025 Jakarta in the sport of Artistic Gymnastics.
Daniel successfully achieved:
🥇 Gold Medal – Men’s Rings
🥇 Gold Medal – Men’s Team Event
🥉 Bronze Medal – Men’s All-Around Individual
This achievement contributed to the overall medal tally of the DKI Jakarta contingent and strengthened DKI Jakarta’s position as first place in Artistic Gymnastics, according to the official POPNAS 2025 website.
Daniel has long been dedicated to the world of Artistic Gymnastics and has previously earned various medals. This time, he also shared a brief story about his journey and struggles as a young athlete.
