Raising a child is not merely a parent’s responsibility, but also a sacred calling from God.
Children do not belong entirely to us, they are entrusted to us by God. As parents, we are called to do more than simply raise them physically. We are called to plant the truth of God’s Word in their hearts from an early age.
Without a foundation of truth, our children can easily be swept along by a world filled with moral relativism and values that contradict God’s Word. Our responsibility is not only to provide for them, but also to guard them—to protect and equip them with the knowledge of God and a true understanding of their identity.
🌱 Faith does not grow only once in a while, nor does it come solely from the church. Faith needs to be taught repeatedly, every day, within the home, through example, through love, and through the living Word of God.
💡The consistent instruction we provide today will become a strong foundation for our children to hold on to in the future.
