Sekolah Kristen Calvin is looking for committed and dedicated individuals to join our team as Administrative Staff. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of the school and helping to create a structured and efficient learning environment. We are seeking someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for working in an education setting based on Christian values.
Responsibilities
- Managing school administration and documents, including correspondence, archives, and reports
- Preparing schedules and coordinating administrative activities to support the school's needs
- Welcoming and directing guests, as well as answering incoming calls
- Assisting in the preparation of school events or activities
- Handling daily financial transactions, such as school payments and related administration
- Assisting with other tasks assigned by superiors that are relevant to school administration
Must Have
- Minimum education of high school (SMA/SMK) or equivalent, preferably an associate (D3) or bachelor's degree (S1) in Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or office staff position
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Proficient in computers and office applications (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and related applications)
- Able to work under tight deadlines and possess multitasking skills
- Meticulous, organized, and able to work with a high level of accuracy
- Possesses a proactive attitude, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Possesses strong Christian values and is ready to support the school's vision and mission
- Maximum age of 30 years
Nice To Have
- Experience working in an educational or school environment
- Proficient in school management systems or educational administration applications (e.g., Odoo, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Possesses basic skills in accounting or finance
- Able to speak and write in English proficiently
- Possesses excellent organizational and time management skills
