Sekolah Kristen Calvin is seeking a committed and dedicated individual to join our team as an Administrative Staff member. This position plays an important role in supporting the smooth operation of the school and helping to create an organized and efficient learning environment. We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for working in an educational environment grounded in Christian values.
Responsibilities
- Managing school administration and documents, including correspondence, archives, and reports
- Preparing schedules and coordinating administrative activities to support the school's needs
- Welcoming and directing guests, as well as answering incoming calls
- Assisting in the preparation of school events or activities
- Assisting with other tasks assigned by superiors that are relevant to school administration
Must Have
- Minimum education of high school (SMA/SMK) or equivalent, preferably an associate (D3) or bachelor's degree (S1) in Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or office staff position
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Proficient in computers and office applications (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and related applications)
- Able to work under tight deadlines and possess multitasking skills
- Meticulous, organized, and able to work with a high level of accuracy
- Possesses a proactive attitude, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Possesses strong Christian values and is ready to support the school's vision and mission
