Sekolah Kristen Calvin is seeking a passionate and strategic individual with a strong commitment to educational development and collaboration to join our team as a Curriculum Development Advisor. This role is responsible for developing, evaluating, and enhancing the school's curriculum and instructional programs to ensure alignment with Sekolah Kristen Calvin's vision, mission, and core values while supporting the delivery of high-quality education.
Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate the school curriculum and instructional programs in alignment with the school's vision, mission, and quality standards
- Provide guidance and consultation to teachers in implementing the curriculum and effective instructional strategies
- Develop and review curriculum documents, instructional guidelines, and academic policies
- Analyze student learning outcomes and academic data to support continuous curriculum improvement
- Design and facilitate professional development programs and training for teachers in curriculum, instruction, and assessment
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Studies, or a related field (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply)
- Experience in curriculum development
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian National Curriculum and current trends in educational practices
- Excellent analytical, planning, and academic documentation skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and collaboration skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to utilize educational technology to support teaching and learning
- Understanding of the integration of the Christian faith into curriculum and instruction
