Sekolah Kristen Calvin is seeking a creative, innovative, and dedicated individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Staff. This role focuses on producing engaging marketing content and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across both digital and offline channels. You will play a key role in building digital communication that reflects the school's identity, faith, and values while supporting our educational mission to serve the wider community.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, produce (photography and videography), and edit creative, relevant, and consistent content for the school's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Manage, schedule, and optimize the school's digital assets to ensure active and engaging online presence
  • Develop, execute, and evaluate digital advertising campaigns (Meta Ads and Google Ads) as well as offline marketing initiatives (brochures, banners, school events, etc)
  • Monitor social media trends, analyze the performance of digital and offline marketing campaigns, and prepare periodic reports with actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with various school departments to cover, document, and publish school events and activities

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Digital Marketing, Visual Communication Design, or a related field. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in photography, videography, and video editing using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software for social media content creation
  • Proficient in using graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
  • Familiar with digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads) and analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a creative and analytical mindset. Able to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in marketing or digital marketing is an advantage
