Sekolah Kristen Calvin is seeking a organized, responsible, and proactive individual to join our team as an Operational Support Department Staff. This role focuses on managing and supporting the school’s operational needs to ensure smooth and effective daily operations. You will play a key role in providing administrative and operational support while ensuring that our services reflect the integrity, professionalism, and values of Sekolah Kristen Calvin.
Responsibilities
- Manage the school’s assets and inventory
- Support the maintenance of school facilities and the school environment to ensure they remain functional, safe, and conducive to teaching and learning activities
- Manage operational administration and documentation
- Handle and resolve operational issues effectively, both independently and through collaboration with others
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Administration, Engineering, or other related fields (open to fresh graduates with a strong portfolio)
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively across various departments/units
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in operating Microsoft Office
- Proactive, responsible, and possesses high integrity
